Utilizing the verticality of this industrial space, our latest office renovation proposal introduces an elevated steel structure and a bridging catwalk to the existing storage mezzanine. The program for the maintenance room at this Smurfit Westrock Chicagoland location has been expanded to include two new offices and a conference room above the existing offices and workshop. We're excited by the opportunity to collaborate with Construction Partners Inc. on this project and future ones.
