For this project, we were asked to help with renderings for the renovation to the maintenance room of a smurfit westrock chicagoland location. the clients had asked for a steel mezzanine structure with two new offices and a conference room to be added to the space. the existing layout only had two offices on the main floor and the storage mezzanine across from it.
