For this locker room and break room refresh, we were tasked with developing a new kitchenette layout as well as updating the finishes throughout the space. After developing this design, we worked closely with the contractor to compile pricing take offs for the proposed finishes to achieve a design within the client's budget. Helping clients envision the potential for their existing layout by using renders is an incredibly useful tool that we often implement.
